Stock Piling 101: Organizing Your Shelves

To have an efficient system of couponing and savings every couponer must have a stockpile. To keep this orderly you must have shelves that are orderly too!



Here are some ways to say organized:

1. Abc order. Order your products alphabetically by brand so that you know where exactly in the alphabet your item will be.

2. Categorical order. Order your stockpile by paper products, dry goods, etc. This helps keep items in sections that remind you of a store, but it will be your own store. There is a reason why stores keep their goods this way and it will benefit you.

3. By date order. Make sure you put the things that will expire first in the front and later in the back of your stockpile. This will ensure that you will be using all of your stockpile in a timely manner. Nothing is worse than wasting your stockpile by not using it at the appropriate times before the expiration date.
